Does this Coach talk in generic general futuristic big picture goal terms that are
applicable to anyone or does she have a specific implementable strategy for setting
and accomplishing goals that are relevant to your life?

There is big difference between knowing what you want and actually getting
there....What is this Coach prepared and qualified to do to help you achieve your
goals?

Is there an actual Motivational Program beyond just some positive "you can do it you
are strong brave and great....believe in yourself and the power of positive thinking"
feedback?
